Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or replacements will be issued unless a product is severely damaged or if lost, could not be found under any circumstances. If any of the aforementioned situations occur, please contact me via the “Contact” tab.
On shipping internationally
I will ship everywhere but please ensure your country is eligible for receiving packages from the U.S. when you order. Take note that any and all import taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- ON UK/EU SHIPPING: I will still be shipping to the EU, but please be conscious of potential VAT fees. As for the UK, for the time being, I am unfortunately unable to ship to this location. I apologize for this inconvenience, but I don’t currently have the means to sell over there.
Shipping Times
I send out a batch of orders every week which can take from a few days to 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on where you live. At times, some countries will have mail suspensions and even if at the time of ordering I was able to ship, I won't be able to do anything until they are lifted. If this occurs you will receive an email letting you know about the delay.
Pre-Orders
A preorder item is an item I buy the stock for after the time slot for it has closed, meaning I won't have it on hand until that time slot is up and it arrives to me. This means your order will not be sent until the preordered item has arrived. I do this to get an idea of how many people may want a certain thing instead of buying the stock beforehand, especially for new items.
